Client Web Access & E-Mail

Client WebAccess is our online access for clients. WebAccess provides a way for clients to view account information, generate and print real-time statistics, perform audits, transfer files securely, and more!

Debt Enforcement Services' secure FTP site provides secure data exchange between our servers and our clients. We also encrypt all email communications that contain confidential data.

 

Voice Recording Technology

We record all collection conversations (outgoing and incoming). Since initiating this voice recording technology in 1995, complaint ratios have decreased significantly. Both collector and debtor are aware that the conversation is being recorded, thus enhancing professionalism and mutual civility while decreasing frivolous complaints from debtors.

 

Collection Software Program

Our specialized version of Debt$Net has a WebAccess feature that allows our clients to log on to a secure server and view information about their accounts. This online access allows clients to view and print statistical performance reports, view account information, report payments, and assign accounts with Debt Enforcement Services. Additionally, it is a great tool for auditing because clients can perform remote audits at their leisure from the comfort of their office.

Our system allows us to schedule automated follow-up reminders, create customized collector work lists, standardized collection letters, online notes, payment histories, online credit bureau access, online skip-trace information, remote client notes, enhanced management review tools, and many other features, such as:

  • Automatic multiple account tying
  • Customizable pre-collect programs
  • Unlimited user-defined windows for client-specific data
  • Unlimited customized management reports
  • 1200 unique collection letters
  • Automated callback scheduling
  • Account inquiry by name, client account number, address, phone number, or social security number

Debt$Net allows Debt Enforcement Services to monitor the collection activity by the time of day, to generate an assortment of custom reports per client, to track legal activity, caseload distribution, and to sort and prioritize account queues. These features allow VM management to review and intervene on a variety of accounts and processes when neccesary.

 

Data Security

Security—whether physical, network, or data—is a primary focus at Debt Enforcement Services and is part of our core culture. We rigorously secure all data, including backup systems in the event of system failure due to natural disaster, or otherwise. We utilize coded key-fob locks on all external doors to protect our physical facility. Our building is a medium-high security facility with on-site grounds and building security personnel.

We regularly upgrade all routers and firewalls and conduct 128-bit encryption of all data. We use dedicated T1's for both voice and data. We use a dual backup methodology. All of our Direct Access Storage Devices (DASDs) are redundant. We maintain a complete backup of the live data. In addition, we do a complete backup daily. The daily backups are archived for two weeks; the weekly backups are archived for a month, and the monthly backups are archived for a year. Yearly backups are archived indefinitely.
